The event will kick off this weekend, when the Café Quarter will be ‘bringing art to the table’ with a celebration of all things arts related.

This Saturday 17th October, Mill Lane will be hosting family-orientated art competitions, musical entertainment and caricature drawings from the famous Picasso Griffiths, as well as viewings of the artwork on display at venues including Mocka, Las Iguanas, Zync, Juboraj and Gios.

Café Quarter venues will be displaying the artwork until 5^th November, when it will go ‘on tour’ to Swansea Museum before returning to Cardiff to be auctioned in aid of Tros Gynnal.

The art auction will be held at the Marriott Hotel on 26^th November. Running from 6.30pm, the evening is open to the public. Online bids are accepted on the Tros Gynnal website – www.trosgynnal.org.uk – or via a bidding form available at all participating venues, the Marriott and Swansea Museum.
