Still independently owned, Las Iguanas pride themselves on working with fresh food and quality ingredients and ensure that everything comes from the best possible source. In particular Las Iguanas likes to support companies based in South America like coffee supplier, Ipanema, who are Rainforest Alliance certified, and Joao Luiz at Magnifica, who tends to their sugar cane near Rio, grown without chemicals and mixes it with just natural spring water on the farm during distillation to produce cachaça, the base for their legendary Caipirinha cocktails.
